  They promised in the estimates that the windows are measured to fit any window air conditioning units but they did not build them to fit. They ignored our query about it and eventually said they will not do anything about the mistake they made. Horrible service

  No stars -- they have installed windows that are not level and they will not come to address the situation. Trying to call anyone is near impossible you only get a recording. NO STARS!

  If I could, a warning to anyone. Stay away from Ecoline Windows Edmonton. We chose to go with Ecoline windows in Edmonton, as our Daughter used them in Okotoks and they did an amazing job. They even had an issue with one of the windows and it was replaced in a month.We have not been so lucky. Our windows were late arriving. We placed the order in September and they werent installed until February, we were told 8 weeks. Then one window was broken, so we had to wait another 6 weeks. They had to come back and do all the interior and exterior trim, as it was poorly done, they left my house filthy, hand prints and glue all over my walls. Not to mention because of all the delays and errors, we were out of ******* in lost wages for days we had to keep taking off and interest rates, as we had to pay in full before they installed, we were covered by a government ****** but they wouldnt pay until the job was completed , which we were originally told would be early November and Ecoline kept delaying. Now we have water pouring through the new front window.We have been trying to deal with all the issues, and our account manager decided to become combative with my husband, so I had to step in. They should be trying to resolve the issues created by their company not argue with the client. Do it right to begin with. I will say ***** and ****** from the second install crew who did come in to fix the numerous issues were the only professional and reliable Ecoline employees. They should perhaps find a mor reputable company to work for.

  We just had all our windows and doors replaced by Ecoline. They met the timeline they provided at the time of quote. Installers were great, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Our energy assessment came back very strong. The tech said he's been doing this for a long time and this is one of the largest improvements he's seen. Our 1980 home is now on par with a typical new build after installing our new windows and doors!

  From the appraiser to the workers that showed up and did Shawty work I had to have them come back and redo everything everything was wrong. They were refused to return my calls to finish the job. The job is not finished. Plus they signed me up for the government rebate And they didnt do it properly and I dont get the interest free loan. Worst company on the planet.

  Excellent workmanship and installation of five triple pane windows for my house. Very esthetic appearance on the outside of the house and inside of the house.

  Had Ecoline replace the majority of our windows in our house, price was pretty competitive but offered more *********** were friendly and when we weren't happy with one minor issue they came and fixed it promptly. Ordered thru Ecoline for the remaining windows in our home!
