    I used this app since 2015 ***** July it was great but after that I add funds sadly it disappeared without using a single call. I call a customer service support no solution yet, they refund some of my money to my oye account but the same someone used without calling a single call from it.

    We have reviewed this client's account and below are our findings: The client started using the *** service in 2014, and the service was up and running without any problems until July 2022. On July 27, 2022, the client made two last *** purchases for $10 and $15, respectively.The client contacted us on July 31, 2022, stating that the balance had been deducted from their *** account since the last transaction of $25.We found out that numerous calls to ***** were made from their *** account, which the client claims they never made, Hence, we started the investigation process. We also blocked those destination numbers, added restrictions on the client's account, and as a loyalty gesture, we reimbursed the client a total of $19 since July 2022.As of today, the client's *** account balance is $10.92 to call internationally. With this balance and the restrictions on their account, the client can use their *** account to make international calls. To find out how these calls were made from the client's account, we will also be sharing the call history with the client and initiating an inquiry with the carrier. We will do our best to identify the underlying source of the issue. and will refund the remaining balance to the client Thank you!
