            5 STARS: *****, from the Edmonton, Alberta office was very responsive by telephone and email to my many questions. I called on a Friday about a ground wasp nest and another possible nest underneath our deck, the underside of which is inaccessible. *****, a very thorough technician, was here on Monday morning. He spent considerable time here locating the wasp ground nest and sprayed it. He also carefully and thoroughly checked through the cracks between deck boards where we had occasionally seen a bee or wasp fly through and we suspected there might be a nest there, but nothing was seen. I am very impressed with their services and what I thought was a fair cost considering how much time they spent here.
