    I ordered multiple pieces (breastmilk and ashes) from this business on Nov 22, 2022. She emailed nov 24 with the mailing address and we sent the breastmilk and ashes and waited. I ordered from her specifically because she claimed to have fast turn around times. I ordered a memory piece of my gramma and some breastmilk pieces of my twins and new child. I emailed her multiple times regarding the pieces when they did not arrive and I did not have any updates. I am heartbroken that I sent ASHES of a loved one and she never even responded. I would feel much better if she had atleast sent back my inclusions.
    By the time I realized I was likely not getting the pieces, it was too late to reverse the charges on my credit card.
    It is now July 29, 2023 and I have never received the items ordered and received a reply from her.

    Placed order on Sep 29th 2022 for a piece of breast milk jewelry. Sent the breast milk as requested. Contacted October 29 and was told it would ship out the next week but did not receive anything by Dec 2022. E-mailed and got no response. Went to website and sent an email through there and finally got a response saying standard turnaround was 4-12 weeks, e-mail was curt and rude. Waited but still did not receive anything. E-mailed in March 2023 saying I felt violated as I had sent something personal and received nothing. Checked website June 2023 and looks like business is no longer online. ***** ****** *** ***** *** **** ******

    I purchased/paid for a breastmilk necklace in December 2023 and was sent information on how to ship the breastmilk. This was sent in December but never picked up from the post office, so was therefore returned to me. The business owner told me it was because she was away for the holidays, and that I could re-mail it. Therefore I did. The tracking confirmed it was delivered but I never received further contact from the business owner, never reviewed my necklace or the money back.

    I ordered a necklace on November 15th, 2022. I received confirmation from the seller herself on November 19th, 2023 with mailing instructions and her home address to send the materials to. I shipped the company breast milk, hair, and my daughters umbilical stump to be put in the necklace. I sent it via ****** ****, and sent the company confirmation of mailing. I have not heard anything since. I have sent 5 emails wondering about my order (***** ******). I cannot locate social media pages, the company won’t respond to the emails, and the website has since disappeared. It is now May 17th (6 months later) and I feel incredibly heartbroken. The materials I sent her can not be replaced. For a business that I found through a *** article, I thought it would be more legitimate. I'm out over $80, and priceless, personal, materials. I feel so vulnerable and sad about this.

    Product was originally purchased April 2022 but when it was received it was incorrect. There was conversation had with the owner and agreement to create new product July 2022 and more money exchanged. Since then there has been minimal contact and no product received. I have the occasional email saying there was a delay and then one that said she would send shipping info in December 2022 but otherwise most messages go unanswered. It is now almost a year since the initial order and I still don't have the product that was ordered

    I ordered a ring on dec 15th, I had shipped the company breast milk and my sons umbilical stump to be put in the ring. I sent it in a flat rate box on dec 16th, sent the company the tracking, and followed the tracking until it was delivered. Jan 10 I confirmed my package was received, Jan 11 I get a response saying it was received and my order would ship out on Friday (the 13th)

    Since this email saying my order would ship, I cannot locate the social media, the company won’t respond on their website or respond to my emails.

    It is now march 15th (3 months later) I still have no ring, and am unsure where my sons umbilical stump is. I cannot replace that, and it’s heart breaking to think I may never get it back.

    I ordered a breastmilk jemstone necklace from this business and have yet to receive the correct item despite sending many follow-up emails and attempts to contact. I was sent a necklace but it was incorrect according to my original order and the seller assured me that a replacement would be made and sent to me. I do have email proof of this confirmation. Thus far I have attempted to contact the business at least four times for updates on when the correct necklace will be sent to me and have gotten no correspondence back and no assurance of when or if I will receive the necklace. The resolution I would like is either a complete refund or delivery of the correct necklace. Of course I also want contact from the business so I know what's happening.

    I placed the original order for the necklace on December 3rd 2022. My order number with the company was 10469. I emailed them December 7th 2022 to request that my placenta capsules be included in the necklace and I was given assurance that this was not a problem.

    On January 3rd 2023 I emailed the company because the necklace they sent was wrong. It did not include the placental capsules despite their assurance that it would. The business emailed me back directly the same day assuring me they would remake the correct necklace and not to worry about sending back the previous one.

    After this assurance when one month had gone by, I emailed the business on February 3rd 2023, February 10th 2023, and February 15th 2023 to get information about whether the necklace had been sent out and what was happening. Additionally I sent them a message directly from their website chat function. There is no other contact information listed on the website and I have not been able to get a response.

    All I want is the necklace made correctly or a refund. I would prefer to have the necklace made correctly and sent to me. It saddens me that I have to go to this length to get the business to respond to me!

    I made a purchase of a pendant for my wife for Christmas on November 19, 2022. Never received it. She has now not responded to 4 consecutive emails from me and last correspondence from her is dated January 11 (date now is Feb. 9)
