    We had an appointment for possible repairs on a bedroom slide on a Class A motorhome. Technician showed up at our home at appointed time. After looking at the slide, it was determined that the mechanism would have to be replaced. We asked for a quote. After two weeks we did not hear from anyone. We contacted the office and he gave us an approximate quote, we asked to get it writing. At that time we were told no problem. We were also told that it could take up to 6 months to receive the parts. We were okay with that. It has now been about 3 months and have not received anything. We paid for the time that the technician was here. Great gig, tech shows up and does the talk and takes your money but doesn't do the walk.
