How i wish that i can give less than 1 star , dont buy from this dealership and try going to city subaru at west side , they got this ******** ****** named ***** that have a *** attitude , so heres what happened our truck is sold and my subaru wrx has blown engine so im in need of a car going to work so we went to rally subaru to get a new 2021 wrx everything is smooth with sales " huge thumbs up for ****** hes a good guy and talks good " so after that its the finance section , this is where this ***** came in he sounds like hes so bored at work and with attitude and **** , super unprofessional , i phoned him while im at work asking about the car and he explained that they are so busy so i cnt get the car until thursday even tho i told them i need the car because i need it to go to work " which not my problem if you are busy then hire more people then " and he even ask how can i go to work then without a car with an attitude tone like its not your business , so before i end the call i ask him if theres a freebie for getting a new car like winter tire or winter mats and he said you know that cost 2000$ right ? Like can you just say it in a nice way instead of saying that why not just say oh im sorry we cant since its expensive , guys just go to city subaru for your new or used car purchase
