    I went in for an alignment back in February 2023. The alignment itself took almost 3 hours and afterwards, I noticed my alignment seemed off. If my steering wheel was straight (logo on wheel even/correct orientation), my car sharply veered to the right. My steering wheel needed to be kept at a 60 angle to be aligned and drive straight. I took the car back and explained that something wasnt right. They had a tech take me out back and drove my car over bumpy, uneven, snow covered parking lot, before driving in a bunch of ********* rutts and tell me the alignment was fine. I reluctantly took the car back and drove home. I called my husband and said something was wrong but the store was gaslighting me and telling me I didnt know what I was talking about, the alignment was fine, and they would charge me for mechanics time to fix the issue. The issue they caused! My husband drove the car and figured out that they did not reset the steering wheel tow. He took my car back and the mechanic told him that it was to spec, which was not ok and my husband told them to reset it to 0 right now. They put my car on the rack and reset it to 0 but the car never drove the same since. Not even a week after the alignment, my steering has been loose and clunks hard on turns, the axle and wheels clunk and grind when stopping or starting. I had my tires checked at ****** because something felt off and found out that I have severe balding on my tires due to improper alignment and that the level of tire damage have been caused over a few months. I was told that my car has been out of alignment for a LONG time. The tech was shocked when I said that was impossible as I had an alignment done at Midas back in February. He recommended I take it in to another shop asap and have it fixed because my axle is likely damaged and there may have been damage to the steering column when they reset the tow. This Midas location is terrible. They are scam artists who do shoddy work.

    Terrible service! I took car in for an oil change, they lost my oil cap and instead of getting the right part they ***** rigged one that didn't fit onto it and sent me on my way. I take my car home and I now have oil all over my engine, drive way and the fabric under my hood of my car
