    Feb* ***** took our vehicle to Mr. Lube for oil change. During oil change they removed and checked engine oil filter. When they returned filter to the vehicle it was replaced backwards. June **** driving vehicle on highway and it abruptly began losing acceleration then later that evening we couldn't get vehicle to stay running at all. Called ****** for a service appointment which was scheduled for a week later. Service Tech diagnosed that the filter had been replaced backwards causing dirt/debris to be blown into the engine. We took this information to Mr. Lube asking for reimbursement for cost of repair and tow ($******). Spoke to Asst. Manager, then Manager, then District Manager and now can't get anyone to return calls. We tried calling and emailing head office with no response at all. We can provide documentation/proof from ****** Service (including the filter in question) as well as all receipts.
