Paid for snow removal service for my elderly fathers property. Paid over the phone with credit card info on oct 28. Asked if they require anything else. Lady said, im "Good to go". Snowfall came Nov 1st. Still no one came by Nov 3rd. Tried calling everyday since. Cannot get through to anyone nor leave a message. Emailed and only messaged back next day saying there was a time frame to process my card before service starts. So i gave my card number on oct 28. They processed it on nov 7. Thats like 10 days for them to approve my service? Had i known there would be a waiting period before my service is approved, i would have asked someone to shovel his sidewalk (which unfortunately he ended up doing himself). Or i would have figured it out for him to get help in the meantime. And they're not willing to refund me my $500 back (which is another sneaky scam) even though no service has ever even been started. These people are crooks. Do not use them! Ive even called other snow removal companies and because they were fully booked, they had to decline me. Which i actually appreciate because they at least told me the truth.
