      I have used wheelman service for 2022 and found it worthless. So I decided to not continue with them and informed the person who came at the door to sign me up for another year. Now I got the bill saying we provided a service and you need to pay $150. After contacting customer service, I was told for cancellation you have to call us and telling the agent will not be considered as cancellation. for their continuous service, as no sales person has ever mentioned it, they want to get away by saying it's on the email we send (which is on the bill attached, not in the email content).

      Contrary to what Mr. ***** has stated, Weed Man would not have had a representative come to his door to sign him up for services. Due to the fact that he had service with us in the year of 2022, Weed Man policy is a continuous renewal policy in which services are continued the following year unless the customer advises us to cancel prior to services starting. No representative would have came to his door. In addition, Weed Man sends out multiple reminder e-mails advising current customers that they are booked in for services in the upcoming year. Our system shows that Mr. ***** has opened every single one of those e-mails and had still not advised us of his cancellation. In addition, upon his initial order in 2022, our sales representative would have advised him of our continuous service policy in which we have the proof of that phone call in our call recording system. All of Weed Man correspondence is also very transparent about this policy and it is a consumers' responsibility to be aware of these policies. The management team has spoken with Mr. ***** and has come to a resolution by waiving a portion of his outstanding balance and has received payment for the agreed remaining balance.

      I’m q WeedMan customer 20+ years for lawn service. I determined through an impromptu conversation with WeedMan technician on 26Apr23 that my service contract had been reduced by a neighbour, who called WeedMan 23Jun22 - that’s last year - and reduced services for my coverage area. No one told me of this and there was no Due Diligence in informing me contact had changed. I was connected to representative ****, with whom I met 27Apr23 with assurances that this would be addressed and remediated. I met with **** and had a text message from his Friday, nothing since. He had assured me this would be addressed or at least on the table yet I’ve heard nothing.
      WHY was contract changed and allowed a neighbour to do so?
      WHY was I not informed then?
      WHAT compensation do I receive in this difference?
      I expect a Genuine Apology with reassurance this won’t happen again.
      I expect a Superior Deal of future lawn care.
      I want transcripts on the telephone call neighbour made abs meeting minutes involved in this situation.

      Management has responded and rectified this complaint. Neighbor of customer Ms. ******** ***** has harassed and threatened our staff over the phones and on the property as he does not want any of our products close to his side of the property despite our products being 100% safe for pets and humans. Ms. ***** and neighbor have an ongoing feud where our company has been now involved in the middle so management ultimately decided to no longer do business with Ms. ***** for the safety and respect of our employees that continue to be harassed and threatened by the neighbor. Nothing on her contract was changed, only notes made to "be careful on the side of the neighbors' fence". All of her services stayed the same however, notes were made for our technician employees so that they could avoid any potential issue with the neighbor. This initial issue was brought to Ms. *****'s attention on June 23, 2022 in which our representative after receiving the threatening call from the neighbor, called to explain to her by leaving her a voicemail. Call recordings can be pulled if needed. Management discussed this issue and ultimately decided to no longer do business with Ms. ***** and have refunded her all of her initial payment while also waiving the initial application we had already applied for her. An e-mail was also sent to her by management advising of this and professionally stating that we would no longer do business with her.

      We hired Weedman to aerate our lawn but they also aerated our driveway. When they came to inspect it they admitted that there was recent damage to the driveway (based on color and gravel pieces) but accused us of doing it and refused to acknowledge that they did it unless we could present physical evidence.

      The operations manager and 2 supervisors viewed the damage on site after receiving the complaint. There is physical damage, fine rock chips and what looks like decaying gravel. We do not know what caused this, but for our aerating machines to cause this, it would have to have been driven on the driveway with the tines down and driven all over in circular patterns with the intent to damage the property. The damage patterns are far to close together to be done by the tines on the machine. The damage is also not consistent with rotary tines striking the concrete. The supervisors also spoke to the neighbor to inquire if they heard anything very loud on the day it occurred, as the sound this would have made would have been equal to a jackhammer or a garbage bin being dragged across concrete. It would sound very out of the ordinary and wrong. Unless someone in the neighborhood has video of our technicians actually Aerating the driveway on purpose, then logically it makes no sense that we would do something like this as this would take some time to do this damage and would have to be purposeful. A small scratch from the tines dropping can happen but that would merely scratch the concrete rather than rip it up. At this time, Weed Man is not willing to take responsibility due to the facts stated.
