    We chose Bye Bye Junk based on their online reviews - which we're so glad we did! We had fast, efficient, super friendly service from the first phone call to the bin drop off to the bin pick up. We called and had the nicest lady answer questions and book us in no time flat. She gave us numerous payment options (credit card, cash, etransfer) and was happy to drop off the bin and pick up the bin on the same day for us. The driver was also friendly and able to maneuver that bin right where we wanted it. The rules were clear as to what was allowed in the bin and what wasn't. As well as the fact that you can't go over the sides of the bin. Everything is transparent. The bin was taken away and we even booked again for the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company!! I got my invoice immediately. No hidden costs or fees. Plus exceptional customer service. Not to mention reasonably priced in comparison. Remember to watch allowable weight. We rented a 20 yard bin which Bye Bye Junk allows 2 tons of weight. A lot of other companies may LOOK a little cheaper but only allow 1 ton of weight. Make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Anytime we need a bin, Bye Bye Junk will be my choice! I recommend them without any hesitation.

In a stressful time in my familys lives we called Bye Bye Junk two times in a few weeks and ****** worked with us to take the stress off! The young man that came worked so fast and got a huge job done in no time! Thank you so much ****** and team! Call them for all your haul always you will be happy you did! ????Thank you ******
