    Very bad, did not fix the issues with all kinds of excuses , backed up the builder. they allowed the builder to harass the owners with time off for over a year and no much achieve. they disallowed me to be agent at no charge to help the owners after I posted the review on them. they retained lawyer to intimidate the home owner. they took advantage of owners who do not speak English . and forced them to sign documents without a chance to understand them , if not signed they will not proceed to inspect at all. they opened a hole to let cold air into the house and pipes and refused to come to cover it up . They are not honest, . this kind of warranty is a joke . Government must amend the legislation to disqualify them.
