    Bedrock Homes has been nothing but amazing! The quality workmanship, the customer service and the overall experience is outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful well-made home.

    I don't normally leave reviews, however, I feel compelled to do so in this case. While looking for a new home, my wife and I researched extensively on the reputation of Bedrock Homes as we found a model that we actually loved. However, we chose to look elsewhere as there were diverse reviews of the company on various sites including the bbb where it had a not so great rating. Ultimately, we chose to put our faith in Bedrock Homes since we couldn't find a better model elsewhere, and the Bedrock sales staff were really attentive, caring and knowlegable. I feel its my obligation to share our experience with other potential home buyers and to consider this company. We are very happy with our decision.

    Initiated my purchase from Bedrock and found that they keep asking you to sign the documents without disclosing or discussing prior to sending the documents. If you question anything they threaten me to use Apendix A and use from different agreements to revoke. They are doing so many illegal act that is unbelievable just to protect them self at the cost if customers time and harassment. Area Manager promised that sales manager will call me but no one reached and they canceled the contract during Christmas holiday leaving no options open. This needs to stop. I dont blame Bedrock for this but their representative are not doing any good job and cheating customers for their own benefits.

    Hi there,We are sorry that you feel our team mis-treated you. Appendix A is a form that our purchaser signed acknowledging that their offer to purchase our home was subject to a 24 hour notice providing the seller the ability to sell this home to another purchaser if the primary purchaser cannot remove conditions within 24 hours of receiving the notice. Unfortunately for the primary purchaser, we received a second offer and served the appendix A (24 hour notice) to review conditions. The primary purchaser was not able to remove conditions within 24 hours so we sold the home to the second purchaser. We are sorry that it did not work out for the primary purchaser but our team did not do anything that was illegal and conducted themselves professionally.
