All Merchandise is sold in as is condition and there are no warranties. Buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods upon installation. No claims will be accepted for any reasons after the material is installed. Marble, granite, slate & limestone are all products of nature and no two slabs are exactly alike. All-natural products are subject to variation in color, flow, grain, tonality, spotting, veining, shade and texture. (These terms include products such as man-made products such as quartz.) Premier Granite and Stone shall not be liable for normal variations in tolerance, weights, dimensions and straightness. Absolutely no materials may be returned. Seams will typically vary from 1/16” to 1/8” and will be visible or touched. Seam failure due to settling or structural issues unrelated to the countertop installation are not covered. All past due invoices will be subject to late charges of 1.5% per month. $25.00fee for any returned check. Buyer agrees to pay any collection costs, including reasonable attorneys fee. Until full amount is paid the products is owned by Premier Granite and Stone.
