    I purchased a sectional sofa from Structube ****** and it was delivered on October ****, 2024. The total purchase was $********. In January 2025, * months later, I reached out to Structube as all of the zippers had broken off of the cushion covers, causing the underlying cushion to be exposed and begin to rip. The couch was advertised as having washable covers, so having all of the zippers break after 1 wash was surprising. After being bounced around between representatives, being told we needed to provide additional pictures and videos, our claim being prematurely closed, and * follow up emails, we were told today that our claim was denied.We are now left with a nearly $**** couch that is becoming increasinly damaged due to the exposed foam cushions. The covers won't stay on the cushions due to the broken zippers, and the cushions slide off of the couch as without the rigid fabric of the covers, they don't stay in place.This is an incredibly expensive couch for such poor quality - not to mention we only had * months of use before it broke. We are requesting replacement covers for our cushions - that is all, and to deny us such a small cost on their part is unacceptable.
