- Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase date for refund. All boxes must be unopened, dry and undamaged. No returns on special orders or clearance items. Flooring must be acclimatized to an acceptable moisture content prior to install. All boards must be checked for damage before installation. In the unlikely event a board is damaged or defective please return for refund before installation. Damaged/defective boards installed are considered accepted by the customer and non-refundable. Wood is a product of nature, color and grain will vary.
