    As an active real estate investor in *******, I recently purchased multiple newly built suited homes from Cranston Homes in *****, and the experience was outstanding.The team was extremely accommodating with financing schedules and lender requirements, and they delivered investor-grade finishes exactly as requested. Every detail matched the specifications, and the thoughtfulness in construction shows they are true master builders.What impressed me most? Construction was completed a full month ahead of schedule! ******* deserves special thanks for her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine focus on win-win relationshipsshe truly cares about customers.Also, a big shout-out to ********, our property manager, for her great communication, attention to detail, and follow-ups. Even post-closing, the service team has been fantastic in handling minor items quickly and professionally.After comparing several builders, Im so glad we went with Cranston. Theyve exceeded expectations at every stage, and Im already planning my next deal with them.Highly recommend Cranston Homes to fellow investors and homebuyers!

    Our experience with this company has been horrible. We have been in this new house for 6 months. We have experienced numerous issues from, no insulation in the attic, frost on our ceiling due to poor insulation, frost coming through our electrical circuit, frost coming through our baseboards, water entering our basement due to no gravel in window ***** and the list could go on.The bigger concern is the companies total lack of taking accountability or acknowledge they are at fault. They fail to assist, instead they blame the client and refuse to stand by their product. We have tried to resolve these issues with their response being it was our fault or the issues are normal. Absolutely horrible company
