    July 20th was the first payment of ****** and Sept 6 was the second payment of 170 I bought a underbust corset custom made to my measurements. Less than a month after getting it the seams are already splitting or coming apart.I have reached out to the business since with no reply

    Hi *****. I apologize that I did not respond in a timely matter and caused any stress to you. I was out of town supply sourcing and unfortunately was overwhelmed with client communications. I always do right by my clients and fix any issues that arise. If you wanted a refund instead of a fix, I am absolutely fine with that. Sorry for the issue, I am figuring out what happened as the rip issues you experienced is not a usual issue I come across. Thank you and let me know.

    Hi. Yes I can repair it as per request. I am able to add extra bone casings that will strengthen and hide the issue spots. I would like to repair this before October end so resolve the issue quickly. Let me know when you can come in. I am available 12-7 everyday. I am also making sure you know that a refund is still on the table as well if you overall prefer that to resolve this. Thank you.
