Given the custom nature of our projects and the investment in bespoke materials and labor, our policy focuses on guaranteeing the quality of our work and effectively addressing any concerns.
Workmanship Warranty: We offer a warranty on the workmanship for all our remodel projects. Should any issue arise directly related to our installation or the quality of our work within an agreed period (specific details will be provided in your project contract), we commit to correcting it at no additional cost to you.
Project Change Management: We understand that clients may wish to make changes during a project. All client-requested changes after the initial design approval will be discussed and documented via a formal "change order." This will include any adjustments to cost, materials, and timeline, and will require your written approval before execution. No changes will be implemented unless mutually agreed upon and documented.
Materials: Specific materials and products used in your project are typically covered by the manufacturer's warranties. We are happy to assist you in understanding these warranties if needed.
