    Damaged Product, No Accountability Purchased a thermostat online from Edmonton RV. Upon delivery, the product box was crushed, partially open, and missing the instruction manual. Photos were sent immediately. Despite clear evidence of mishandling, the staff refused to initiate a shipping claim or provide any remedyciting a blanket no returns policy on electrical items.Let me be clear: this was not a return of a used itemthe item arrived in unacceptable condition. Edmonton RV dismissed the issue without offering inspection, refund, or exchange.Ive since initiated a credit card dispute and filed a complaint with Alberta Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau. Very disappointed in the complete lack of customer ********************** or accountability. If youre ordering parts from a distance, be warned: you may be left with damaged goods and no support.
