We filled the vehicle with *** of gas based on the Odometer average fuel consumption. We do acknowledge that it could be 8.5L short. Receipt for gas up is also provided. We have spent a total of *** hours of lost work due to gathering evidence and as it turned out the company did make a mistake. We ask that all fuel charges for their mistake are reimbursed.What the business committed to provide you: Vehicle rental with accurate billing based on actual fuel usage and kilometers driven What the nature of the dispute is: Overcharging for ** liters of fuel due to incorrect kilometer calculations, refusal to refund or resolve despite evidence Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: Only $***** was reimbursed by admitting to using wrong km (***km extra was initially charged).
