Refund and Exchange Policy

Warranty: -Caliber Mudjacking will guarantee defective material or workmanship. -Caliber Mudjacking will give a 1 year warranty from further settlement for buildings 4 years and older from date of concrete lifting job completion. -Caliber Mudjacking will give a 3 year warranty from settlement of 1 inch or greater for buildings 12 years and older from date of concrete lifting job completion. Conditions Apply: -Positive Water Drainage must be maintained around a building and directed away from concrete. -Downspouts and sump water drainage must be maintained away from the concrete, landscaping water drainage must be maintained away from the concrete. -Gaps and cracks in concrete must be maintained and sealed with a rubber base concrete caulking (polyurethane sealant) to keep water from getting underneath the concrete. -Heaving concrete in winter months is not part of our warranty and is a cause of improper drainage of water draining near or back underneath the concrete slab. Landscaping and cracks in concrete. -Further Settlement after a concrete slab is lifted is caused by ground settlement not finished underneath the concrete slab in the back fill zone along a building foundation or a concrete slab over top of service trenches. Water draining near or back underneath the concrete slab can also cause further settlement and not maintaining sealing of cracks and gaps in concrete slabs. -Ground settlement underneath a concrete slab can take many of years or decades to fully finish settling depending on ground conditions.
