    Been a long time member of Fit Body Bootcamp in ********. It transferred ownership in 2023, at which time we were told no changes to the cost would be made. On March 1, 2025, we were notified of changes to the cost of this program, which would take effect on April 1. On March 1, I shared my dissatisfaction with this and explored options with the company. On March 4, no understanding was reached and I asked to cancel my membership at the end of the month prior to additional charges being made. On March 12, I received the cancellation form which said that my membership would continue to be active for 30 days and they would continue to charge me for 30 days. We did not receive 30 days notice to cancel before these financial changes are to be made and the owner delayed sending me the cancellation form. Giving the consumer 28 days notice of changes and expecting us to give them 30 days notice of cancellation and continuing to charge us an amount that was not agreed to is not fair business. When I joined this fitness program there was no clause on notification time for cancellation requests.I did try to discuss this with them, and they have not addressed the concern related to the cancellation request.
