5 starsWestern Windows was recommended by someone who used to work in the industry. Their quote was competitive but I mainly selected them because when *** did the quote, he answered questions I didn't even know I should have asked other contractors. When **** came to do the detailed measuring, he was so helpful in helping to set things up for good airflow and to keep my pets safe. The team was very hardworking and focused and they worked very well together. They have a number of long time employees so clearly they are good to their employees. Some were very experienced and they went out of their way to make all finishes as clean and as matched to my existing 50 year old house as possible. It is impressive too that this family owned business produces their windows just 4 km from our home. It was also a pleasant surprise that they didn't even require any payment at all until the job was fully complete.Review fromDevon V

5 starsI really enjoyed my experience with Western Windows. *** was great to deal with during the quote process. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was very quick in responding and accomodating changes to our original plan. He also offered a lot of great advice on our project.***** and the rest of the install crew were also a delight. Super friendly guys all around. They all seemed to enjoy working together, which I think says a lot about the culture of a business. It was also quite a large crew and they were remarkably fast in installing two exterior entry doors and seven windows, including a new egress. They arrived at 9AM and were completely done by 3:30PM, including cleanup! Everything was perfectly and carefully sealed and our formerly drafty house is now draft-free. We're delighted with our new windows and doors. The quality seems excellent and the house is noticably quieter. It really freshened up the exterior appearance too. Would 100% recommend.

5 starsWestern Windows recently completed the installation of all our bungalow windows, including a sliding door, in just one day. The crew was efficient, professional, and thorough even the cleanup was excellent. They took the time to walk us through the operation of each window, ensuring all our questions were answered. 5 starsWhat a terrific company! From start to finish I was impressed. Compared with other companies I had give me quotes, their price for what I was getting was reasonable. The quality of the product is superior, the salesman was honest and transparent and the installers were efficient and tidy. In addition, I found them to be proactive trouble shooters and problem solvers.The installation went very smoothly and I am pleased with the result. 5 starsThis February, we had the team at Western Windows install new windows throughout our 1980's bungalow. This followed a long selection process. The team at Western Windows was patient and helpful throughout. They were professional and answered all our questions. The install went smoothly. 5 starsI needed to replace my front window. ***** came out measured the window and gave recommendations then sent me a quote. I accepted, was given a date for installation and was told the window trim would be dropped off (so I could stain it) a week prior to installation. The installation took place on time, **** and **** were excellent and installed the window very quickly. **** cut the trim perfectly. Everything was cleaned and the debris taken away.
