    On September 9/2025 they installed a new door on my residence. After the crew had left I noticed that there was light coming in at few places on the door (which indicated that the door isnt sealed). I also noticed some minor damage on the surface of the door. I called the office the following day and they had someone come out late in the day. After looking at it the said they would fix the following day but I said I wouldnt be available for the next two days dues to medical appointments. They said they would come the following week. After wait a week no one got in touch so I called the office and they said they would have someone call me. After waiting two more days I called the salesperson I was originally dealing with and was told he is an engineer and I needed to call the office. After several more unanswered calls I finally went to the office. I was told someone would come out later today. No one showed up or called. I need some resolution.

    Dear BBB Team,
    Thank you for your message.
    The repair issue with this customer was addressed on September 26. Our technician adjusted the door slab and added additional weather stripping as per the manufacturers instructions. The client accepted the work upon completion.
    We were surprised to receive this complaint, as we have not heard from the customer since the service was completed. Nevertheless, we have already scheduled an appointment today at 7:30 PM to re-inspect the job and determine if any further adjustments are needed.

    i have ordered a replacement Patio Door and sent a deposit Been told of * different delivery dates most currently that it would arrive in ******* Oct * and i should advise of an installation date. I responded to their email to which i have received no response - Tried calling their office - Voicemail - left a message - no call back Received an email stating that their phone was having issues and they left an alternate number which i have called and also answered by voicemail.
