I have had multiple good experiences with this family owned business. They also have a great selection of BBQ stuff like rubs, sauces, and wood pellets. I purchased a Thermopen from Wickerland and when I had an issue with it they helped me work with the supplier to have it repaired. I also have some outdoor cushions from them that have lasted over a decade with no issues and some rattan furniture that is very well made and easy to move, it has survived a few moves. Neat atmosphere in the store, worth visiting!

When I need something smoker or barbecue related this is my Mecca. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help you explore new rubs, sauces, and wood pellets. You can tell that they have actually used the products they sell and want to help you make the tastiest fold possible.

Wickerland Patio at *********************************************** - STAY AWAY!!! This establishment has perfected the art of excuses, finger pointing to others, blaming every possible world event that has no relevance to their supply chain, and yet then then state that everything has been delivered and supplied where it has not been. We ordered a complete 2 piece patio ensemble in March 2021, we were advised that due to covid and the custom fabric that we ordered that everything would be available by the first week of May. No further communication of any type came from Wickerland so May 10 we contacted the store and at first they could not find the order, surprising as we supplied the order name, delivery address, credit card used to pay for the order in full etc - finally they found it and said that the order is in ********* and they are just awaiting the fabric covered pieces to be completed. It should be in ******* within two weeks IE: by no later than the end of May. Early June, no updates received, we stopped at the store for an update as to why the delay and again the blame game from the ship in the Suez canal, supply chain constraints, covid etc - yet no reason why they have not informed us of a further delay, nor why if everything was in ********* and just waiting for the fabric to be installed that nothing has been shipped to ******* or why the further delay past their original absolutely will not be later than the first week of May delivery date. Again, no communication, no product so by mid June after several calls where messages were taken and idle promises for a return call with an update that never happened, we stopped by the store and again they had no record of the order!! After continual hounding Wickerland delivered a few pieces although with someone else' fabric ( to be used by us until ours was available ) and then were again promised that the balance of the order would be received within no longer than two weeks. Bottom line it took one year to get everything!

Hi John We are sorry to see this review as we pride ourselves on our customer service. Regrettably we had your information incorrectly entered in our computer system. Coupled with the fact that the supply chains were decimated due to Covid 19, and even accurate timelines were next to impossible to receive, we let you down. We greatly apologize for our lack of communication and will strive to do better moving forward.
