  Very Disappointing Experience Billed for ******************** Poor Support We had a very disappointing experience with Virtual Gurus. After a period of inactivity, they sent us a so-called final invoice for services that were never rendered. We still have 10 unused hours on file, which we paid for, but instead of compensating or refunding us, they are now trying to charge us extra for services that were never delivered.When we reached out to resolve this fairly, the response was stubborn and inflexible. They insisted on billing us and told us the 10 unused hours would remain as a credit on file, even though we clearly stated we have no intention of continuing with their service.They said their Director of *************** would reach out to resolve the matter, but instead, we received an email eight days later from someone named ***** threatening to escalate the unpaid invoice to collections again, for services not rendered. Meanwhile, the 10 hours we paid for are being held hostage.We even suggested they apply our 10 unused hours to offset the so-called final invoice (which would be the fair thing to do), but they ********** addition to the billing issue, the virtual assistants (VAs) we were matched with were not up to standard. It was clear little to no effort was put into proper screening or matching, and it ended up wasting our time and money.I would caution others to think carefully before engaging with Virtual Gurus. Their customer service approach feels more like a trap than a partnership. We are left paying for time we never used, and for services that were never delivered.
