            I booked a covid PCR test with this business. They make you pay in advance for the appointment and they do disclose that no refunds or cancellations are allowed within 24 hours. I realized I had a scheduling conflict, but this was before 24 hours so I called to cancel. no answer so I left a voicemail. getting close to the 24 hour ****, I still hadn't received a call-back to confirm the cancellation, so I attempted several more times and left voicemails, requesting that if they can't refund, then to at least re-book my appointment. All calls were made within their listed business hours. It's been a week with no response. *** ****** ******** ****** *** **** ****** **** **** ****** ** *** ***** ** ****** ***** ************* *** **** **** **** * ********* ********* I tried to reach out on their ******** page and they've turned comments off on any post where someone was asking to be contacted because email/phone hasn't worked. **** ** ***** ** *** ******** ****** ** ***** **** **** **** **** *** ** **** ***** ********* ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

            I have been trying to book Pre-flight Covid tests and used Equity Health Services. They promptly delivered our tests but from there there was NO service. We were able to book one appointment on line but the confirmation stated the location as 180 **** 31 Street NW, when we had paid for *********************************** After contacting the info email we were advised that someone would contact us and that we had a Telehealth appointment but the confirmation still stated as the Location: their street address. Then I received an email giving an option for times which immediately disappeared from the site. Our return appointment had to be a time that coincided with our time in ******. Several email sent not one reply. Sent another email directing to the person who sent the msg about booking, no response. Sent another email this morning to the info again - NO response. Tried calling their office number rings about 6 times then goes busy. I am out over $350.00. for the testing kits and the company will not respond to any form of contact. I am almost ready to go to the Media but they wouldn't be able to contact them either. Not a acceptable way to do business!
