    I was making an inquiery about a Birthday email with a discount code in it. I advised I didn't get one and showed my email inbox with their business searched. It showed I had nothing since 2023...More than one rep there advised me that they can discount a service for me. **** provided a few services to choose from and I chose A LASH LIFT.before she even started I asked this is the service that is discounted? she said yes/When it was time to pay, they said I pay full price. I advised this is Fraud telling people one thing and charging them full when that wasn't what was discussed.. They said that They will get ahold of their manager. Who then denied everything and wouldn't even let me speak.They FRAUD / SCAM ME

    Good Afternoon,
    This message is in response to the complaint submitted on March 31, 2025, by **** ********* regarding a service interaction at one of our **************************** locations.
    We acknowledge the concern raised and appreciate the opportunity to clarify that the matter was resolved on April 22, 2025. It was addressed directly by our Westend Studio Manager, ***** *****, in collaboration with our Director of Lash Stylist Training, ****** ****.
    Following a phone conversation with the customer, we mutually agreed on a resolution of 25% off any future product purchase as a gesture of goodwill. The customer accepted this resolution, and no further concerns have been raised since. She remains an active client at our Westend location, and we consider the matter fully resolved.
    Please see the attached screenshot of a text message from ****** to ***** sent immediately after the resolution call with ****, confirming the agreed-upon discount and requesting a note be placed on the customers file.
    We sincerely apologize for the delay in responding through the BBB platform due to technical access issues. This has now been resolved to ensure timely follow-up on any future matters.
