    ,I picked up my trailer on ***** ** ***** I have a few concerns regarding the repairs completed. On my way home the plastic trim came off the right side fender, which was damaged by the tires as it came off. I pulled over as soon as I noticed. Here is the attached photo from when it happened. The two marker lights that were replaced part number ******* both do not work including the right lower tail light. I replaced the tail light to check if it had gone out and it is wired correctly and the markers remain out. In regards to the roof repair, this was advised to me at the time of approval it would be patched with tin. The invoice also states this. The hole has been repaired with some type of plexi? And the rivets are facing down and not up. The existing tin is very rough and poses a potential hazard to any horse. Invoice states it was smoothed out and replaced with tin. Which it is not. This is a very poor job. The total invoice paid was over *****

    As you can see from the attached invoice, the total for these items was not even ***** **** ******. The amount she is referring to is insurance repairs which included replacing hail damaged siding to the entire p/s side of trailer. 

    Customer did not pay for or pick up her trailer for over a year after the work was completed even though multiple attempts to contact were made. It wasn't until there was a threat for legal action that she came to pay and pick up. At the time of pick up, she and her mother were verbally abusive to the owner and staff. After pickup, she sent an email with her complaints and the owner replied that 1. her warranty had run out (12 month warranty on all workmanship), 2. she was not welcome back to this repair shop, and 3. if she had the repairs listed completed somewhere else, she could submit the invoice to Wild Mountain RV for reimbursement. 

    She did not respond.
