    Misrepresentation and Hidden Damage covered up by ArrKann RV causing ***** ********* Loss!We purchased a used motorhome from ArrKann RV in May 2024 after being assured by their salesperson that it was like brand new, fully inspected, and in beautiful condition. None of this was true.After driving 800 km to pick it up, we discovered multiple issues torn mattress, cracked tires, electrical failures, a leaking hot water tank, and a large stain above the drivers seat that staff falsely claimed was soap residue. The unit later proved to have long-term, undisclosed water damage, known to CanaDream (the real owner at the time) but never disclosed by ArrKann.Over the next several months we made multiple trips for repairs, receiving runarounds between ArrKann and CanaDream. Promised parts were never delivered on time, and we were left with months of no usable RV. **** even blocked registration because the unit was still registered to CanaDream ArrKann sold a vehicle they seemingly didnt legally own/transfer.ArrKann RV later offered to cover the small repairs with no reimbursement for our time or losses only if we signed a release from any and all future claims on the unit. We refused, because they seemed really eager to rid themselves of the unit!Then in 2025, when we tried to trade it in, so as to not have to deal with the ongoing issues once and for all. But the dealer uncovered structural roof and undisclosed water damage in the roof and prior repairs that ArrKann RV withheld. We lost over $****** in value and expenses.If you are considering buying from ArrKann RV, I strongly recommend extreme caution. Our experience has been costly, stressful, and deeply disappointing. It seems that used RVs from ArrKann RV that come from CanaDream are a quick fast flip for big profit without proper inspection or assurance of quality. Lots of promises with no results.We are now having to look into a legal option to recoup some of our losses!
