    I contacted National Star a second time as I was very happy with their work back in April 2022 when they replaced the roof of my house. That time it was because the roof of my garage (attached) was leaking badly with rotten parts and mold, the decking on top that was in very shape, and there was water infiltration at the bottom of the wall at the back entrance.**** and **** came several times to offer different options respecting my budget. All my questions were answered, my concerns were addressed and a plan for the renovation was discussed and agreed. From the beginning of the renovation to the end, the team of National Star was very professional and quality oriented.This renovation confirmed and increased my trust in this company. I have never seen such a company always keeping in mind the importance of an excellent quality in their work and to also keep their customers satisfied. At the end of each step of the renovation, **** and **** came to verify/inspect the quality of the work. If they were judging that the quality can even be better, they were providing this extra step that made all the difference. Today I have a healthy and clean garage, a new deck railing (decking will be next summer) and a great back entrance that looks classy and neat with its new door, freshly painted walls, and stylish tiles. This family owned company is trustworthy, high quality oriented and clear in their goals and communication. They are very hard workers not counting their hours to get the job perfectly done. Contracting with National Star is also experiencing a warm, respectful and honest collaboration that is so rare nowadays. I will post some pictures of before and after in my ****** review.
