    I purchased two airpod pro from The Best Store in July 2022 as part of a promotion that they ran with a major telecommunications company ******. It took several weeks to receive both pairs. When my kids tried to pair the airpods to different devices it would not work, so we took them to the Apple Store in *********** where it was confirmed they are counterfeit. I have tried to contact The Best Store via phone and email many times and received no response. The corporate address does not include a suite number or physical location even though they say they are located in downtown *******. This store has committed ***** and needs to be shut down.

    I purchased 2 Apple Airpod Pros as part of a special promotion advertised by ********* **** on-line emails. I received the products and gave to my children. Recently, in Dec 2022, one of my children was complaining about the Airpods performance. I took the Airpods to Apple Store in Metrotown to have them checked. The store member confirmed that the Airpods are counterfeit. The store sent me emails with confirmation of this with the flagged Serial Numbers printed inside the cover.I contacted the company to complain and request a refund, on Dec 26, 2022. I have not yet received any reply from the store.I had contacted **** to request a claim, however, they said that due to the time that has elapsed, they could not do anything any more.I purchased 2 items and both are counterfeit. I am sure there are many, many more people that have purchased and received counterfeit products; they may not even be aware of this yet.

    The Best Store created a promotion stating they were selling Apple AirPods and in the end they were counterfeit. They used an Apple box to contain the fake AirPods and will not respond to my email re a refund. I even took the AirPods to an Apple Store and they told me that they used Apple packaging with an Apple serial number only to put a counterfeit product inside the box. They should not be allowed to continue business like this without disclosing on their website that are not real. I want my money back

    I purchased AirPod Pros on June 2 and received the product in August. In September, my son lost one of the AirPods so we connected Apple to order one replacement. We received the replacement but it wouldn't pair with the charging case. So we called Apple who directed us to the Apple store to see if there was a problem with the charging case. Once they ran the serial number they said that the AirPods were "fake". So i reached out to ******, who sent me the offer for the special purchase of the AirPods, as well reached out the to the store to file a complaint and to get my refund. I did not receive an email back from The Best Store with my ticket number. And no it seems that they aren't answering phone or voicemails. in my opinion, this is a very shady operation selling fraudulent goods.

    On June 25th 2022 I placed an order for 2 qty AirPod pros from thebeststore.com. I paid $404.54 CAD. I received 1 qty AirPod pro near the end of July. The last correspondence I received from the best store was Sept 14 2022 stating they would promptly fill the order after waiting for a response from Canada post.
