5 starsGreat West Radon did an excellent pre-job survey, explanation of work required and final installation of equipment to reduce the Radon readings in my home in February 2024.Their people explained everything prior to and during the installation.After final equipment installation, the Radon levels drop significantly.The 2 man crew was professional and orderly during the installation work.I highly recommend Great West Radon for any Radon mitigation work or monitoring for your home.Great West Radon Ltd.

5 starsI had the radon mitigation system installed by Great West Radon company 2 years ago. The installation was quick and clean. The radon level decreased to **** (from *******) afterwards.A few weeks ago, the motor started making a weird noise. I contacted them, and they promptly sent a technician who replaced the motor in 5 minutes under warranty, without any questions. I am very satisfied with the system and the service provided by the company. Highly recommend.Great West Radon Ltd.

5 starsGreat West Radon was great to deal with, they were quick to send a quote, once I confirmed I was going to use them, they set a date and arrived on time. The guys explained everything I needed to know about the installation process and I'm pleased my Radon levels have dropped significantly. 5 starsThe Great West Radon team did a great job providing me with information prior to the installation and did a really good job of installing the equipment. They were very professional and respectful of my space when completing the work and met with all my condo's requirements. I would definitely recommend using them for radon mitigation. 5 starsAfter completing a 90 day test for radon in our home, we learned that our radon was over the limit considered safe in ******. We looked for a company online that had positive reviews, and that is how we found Great West Radon. I contacted ******* through the website, and she booked ****** to come out to give us a free quote the next day. He explained the whole process in detail and had a quote out to me later that day. Once it was approved we booked an appointment to have the work done, and they sent out a mitigation contract that I signed digitally. ***** and **** came to the house to do the installation. ****** had gone through the work plan with them in detail, so they went straight to work. Everything went smoothly, the unit was installed, and all work areas were left clean. Everything about this job was handled in a professional manner. All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable, and there were no extra sales pitches. Our radon is now very low, and I feel confident that our air quality is much improved. 5 starsThank you very much for the great work to reduce radon in our home. Bring the radon level from 600+ Bq/m3 down to 16Bq/m3!!!!! Very great company! And very easy to communicate . 5 starsWe moved into a new house last year and found our Radon levels were very high (******* Bq/m3), versus WHO recommended levels of < 100 Bq/m3. We found Great West Radon through a ****** search - they had great reviews and feedback. ****** came out extremely promptly confirming our readings, and thoroughly explained the situation and our remediation options. The team came out and installed the Radon mitigation system, despite our very challenging/cramped utility room. They explained everything clearly and comprehensively. Excellent job! After 48 hours our Radon levels continue to drop, and have even reached 16 Bq/m3! Would strongly recommend Great West Radon to everyone.Great West Radon Ltd.
