    Beware, they are scammers, check BBB Reviews for SealTech Coatings.*********************** came for a quote. We agreed on everything, sent them $1,500 deposit and never seen them again. They rescheduled my job multiple times due to various reasons every time (******* son got sick, then he cannot get a hold of his contractors, then he says he is in ******************* and he wants to come and do the job himself to keep my cost down), just bs reasons. When I said I want my refund, he said my money is in trust account and it needs to be transferred back to his account which is another bs. Finally he ghosted me. They're not after your job, they are after your deposit.

    On July 12 I had Sealtech coatings come to give me a quote on my garage floor. We agreed on ***** for the floor and ***** for the skirt leading to the garage floor. He sent me a quote which was $**** for the floor and $**** for the skirt +GST. On July 12 he asked me for a deposit for materials, i was hesitant but i did look up his company on ******** and internet and felt safe to do a $**** deposit. He was to start on the following Tuesday but called and asked if he could grind the floor on July 13 and I said yes. When he arrived I asked if he had a contract written up and he said it's up to you, so i figured he was doing a cash thing. After he finished the floor on July 14 he came back to remove the green tape above the baseboards on July 19. He left and shortly after that he asked me for an additional $***** **** for the rest of the floor and $**** to start the skirt and i have been texting, calling, ******** messaging and emailing him since. He finally gave me a text on July25 and said he would call me later but never did, he even promised. I have the whole conversation on my phone. The next day I said "broken promises" and he replied "Ok sorry I'll send your money back". To this day he has not paid me back the ***** he owes me for not finishing the skirt for our garage. This is about a 4 or 5 day job that is going on for 3 weeks. I do not trust him anymore and would rather just have my money back but people should know about the no communication with this Company. By text he said he would etransfer my money back on Friday July 28 and on messenger he said he would send the transfer on Monday July 31 and still nothing. I have sent him a text this morning and a ******** message and he is completely ignoring us. I have told him that I would put in a complaint with the BBB. I did see one complaint on the BBB site which is the same thing. No communication. He has pretty much ignored us after I transferred the $******* to his account. Except on one occasion.

    The work desired at his place was completed from the garage stand point after giving a very large discount on our service.. the price for the floors were ****$ after him wanting the cracks repaird and expansion joints filled the price would exceed ****$ but I was trying to help him *** ** **** ***** *** ** *****. They have now treated my company extremely poorly. We have been far more then fair with **** and will not tolerate false reviews on my company. We have over 600 happy clients in ******* and there is the odd person like him

    I am rejecting this response because: ************ came to my house and seen the garage and we talked about all the cracks  in the concrete and He knew that we wanted all the cracks filled at that time and he said **** for the floor INCLUDING the cracks. He left and later gave me an email quote that came to including the *** $******* this was including all the prep work and crack filling and the skirt.   Why else would he say "i'll give you your ******** back"?  I have all the coversations on my phone of him saying that he would give me back our ******** dollars because he didnt finish it. He just got angry because I sent him a message that I would take action.  All of this could have been prevented if he would just have kept in touch but there was no communication with him. I attached the quote and you can clearly see it does not price the crack filling.

    I understand you want to reject this because it is not going your way. Having me my staff disrespected and threatened with slander is very unprofessional.  The cracks were discussed after the fact and considering the horrible condition of your place it should have been alot more. I will attach the revised quote with the date it was discussed and the remaining part of the bill I will dismiss for you

    I am rejecting this response because: I have texts and messenger messages saying he will pay back the $****.  He knows what the quote was and I also have a message that says all cracks are included with the quote. He was not keeping in touch with us after i paid him the $******* and it wasnt till I sent him a note as text that i would take action if he didnt contact us and it made him mad. He had no intention of ever finishing this project to completion and I paid $******* of which $**** was to do the skirt. The garage floor is $******* plus GST which included the baseboards and cracks. If the complaint fails here it will be *********** next.  People need to know this is happening ** ********
