      I am a condo owner and we are managed by FSR. The customer service and communication are non-existent. I have had nothing but negative experiences with this company. Multiple emails and phone calls have never been responded to. I don't know how they continue in business. Super disappointed, why are we paying them???? One star is too much.

      I have had several complaints but this one takes it all. Elevators have been down for 3 weeks & counting. We are on the 4th floor. Real Estate deals cannot be stopped! My unit ********* can't move out nor can the Buyer move in. This is serious business. No one takes our calls or answers our emails to the Community Manager. I can't get a clean ledger from Accounting either! What is an Owner to do?

      Hello J*****, I have learned that the condo elevator has been shut down due to safety reasons. We understand the frustration this causes, and this situation is top priority. Residents were informed on June 28, and our community manager has been in contact with the unit owner that we have on file, *******, on July 5 and July 7. We are waiting for confirmation on the required parts from **** Elevators and will inform residents as soon as we have a timeline for repairs. Please note the contract with **** Elevators is with the condo corporation, not FirstService Residential. We are closely monitoring this situation but unfortunately any parts on order and estimated timeframes for repairs are out of our control.       I have been dealing with ********************* at First Service Residential Alberta. She is the community manager of my property and was a very supportive and great help whilst selling my property. She was always there to help with questions and very supportive with the required documents. Also a big thank you to the ********************* who were also very supportive.

      Very disappointed with their services. First, the staff turn over of their residential manager (**) was so often (3 in the last 2 years), resulting in mistakes on their part of unable to keep a clear record & making silly mistakes on charging for wrong items (ie. parking fees); Second, when you cant get a direct answer from the ** & request speaking to a supervisor, you got no where. Its like your request is dead in the water. My last request was sent by email on June 28 to have a supervisor review the case, to today I still havent received any response. When I followed up again today & discovered the last ** was no longer working for the company. Whats most outrageous was that despite all of these internal fiasco, they sent a letter to me stating that a caveat was added to my title. This is done without anyone addressing my questions on how the outstanding charges occurred? The whole ordeal makes me feel like being victimized by a a fraud scam. I called the 1 866 customer service number & asked to speak to Managmnt about this. On waiting again

      Our community manager does not return calls or emails. Sent me an invoice from 6 months ago and said we have to pay it - even though it was not inside the unit. They vendor has over charged us for the service they provided and not only do we pay them huge fees monthly they are charging me a $26 fee for calling the restoration vendor.

      Our condo complex in ******* has balcony repairs from 3.5 years ago which are still not completed - no contractors have been hired - and no estimates if or when the repairs might be completed.There is water damage to units from 2.5 years ago - still not addressed - and the company has not responded to the affected owners I've spoken with or addressed their concerns.I have personal water damage to my unit from the improperly sealed balcony repairs, which is now getting worse with each new rain storm... there could be mold growing in my walls - but company has not responded to my emails or sent someone to assess the damage.FirstService Residential has not returned my phone calls (only voice mail is available in *******) citing that they need a paper trail? - then they do not respond to the emails. They respond to other emails, but not to any questions regarding repairs my unit or to the building.The Condo Docs and Financials are behind on their website which prevents owners from being able to sell their units in a timely manner - and with no plans to finish the balcony or unit repairs in the building, owners are basically held hostage - unable to sell - while our property values on the decline.Very poor experience and would not recommend!

      We are in the process of trying to communicate with our property manager after having the unit beside ours flood and unfortunately cause a small amount of water damage in our master suite. This was the last week of August that the damages had happened. We have had little to no response from emails, no callbacks as per request after request, our inquiries for rental income loss has been blatantly ignored. Each time a new contractor is rehired/fired to complete the work, we aren't notified until we finally get ahold of the previous contractors who explain each time that they're no longer the contractors associated with the claim. This is now the 6th month - 6 months of being forced out of your residence with absolute darkness as to what's next.Imagine not being able to reside in your home or put renters back in. Paying full amounts for mortgages, taxes and condo fees as well as a place to reside outside of the damages after requests for help or immediate assistance. This is not the company you want representing your property by any means.

      No Phone, No Internet , No Cable, No HELP!!I have called 8 times in 4 weeks and same issue still not been resolved... due to broken wiring from building electrical room to my unit. ***** was not able to install the service. I asked to inform Property manager to run a good wiring in order to get the service in..Since 4 weeks, emailed and follow up phone calls to community manager, *********************, but no response.. I then called their centre, all I got were "make sure someone will call me back tomorrow" and /or "will accelerate to the upper level "... where are they? still no one call and get the work done!!knowing NO PHONE LINE, what happen if emergency ? we have NO SERVICE on PHONE, NO INTERNET, NO CABLE for 4 weeks now ...Very disappointed ! .

      This place is unsafe there is drug use all around the building . Security is unavailable. I was told to put my belongings In a locker with a lock in which I did . Apparently anyone can go and remove my belongings and cut my lock off. I made this clear with the office and they just continued to ignore my issue of my belongings being removed. The administration for tenants services is unacceptable.

      I have been trying for fix the Water Leakage of my unit (**), the building ************************* did not respond any of the request for A MONTH !! I have been trying calling the Customer Service line, Emailing their offices (20+ emails), and NO REPONDSE !!I don't know how this company stay in business!!
