    I just moved into ********* and heard Blue Jean is the property manager. If there was an opportunity to give them a 0 rating I would. I left 3 telephone messages in a 2 week period and finally got a response. I have sent them numerous emails and have not had a response to any one of them. I stood outside in the hard poring rain to clean out the plugged *****. My yard is not being maintained by the maintenance crew. A large section offsetting my condo is bare dirt because there is not a sprinkler head. There is a 2 inch drop on my driveway pads but BJ do not care. I can understand why they are a mid 3 rating considering how they have responded to serious concerns as well as the way they manage this property.

    ****************, Thank you for sharing your experience with us over your first two months in your new home. I have looked into your experience, and I see that you reached out to us about your challenges, and we did forward your concerns to the Board. Blue **** CM cares a great deal about your property, and we endeavour to raise all of the issues with the Board so that they can be addressed. Your property is unique in that the Board is very hands-on and has created sub-committees comprised of Board members who address different aspects of the property (landscaping, capital/reserve fund projects, budgets, etc.). In many cases, our role is to relay information/concerns to the Board, and they then take the action they see fit. We are not directly involved with many of the trade bases on your property, as the Board is working with them directly. We take the direction of the Board when they provide it and act accordingly. We do not have the authority to do anything other than what the Board instructs us to do regarding trade selection and repairs to the property. The drop in your driveway pad was brought up with the Board, and quotes for all the flatwork for the property have been procured, and the Board decided that they are not going to move forward with this project at this time. We have re-submitted your concerns regarding the landscape maintenance to the Board, so they can reach out to the vendor to share your comments and photos. My recommendation is to prepare a letter of all of your outstanding items that you would like the Board to address or comment on, and we will make sure the Board receives it and ask them to respond to you.As always, please send all of your concerns or questions to the property email, as this keeps our staff and management aware of new and ongoing items.
