    Poor post-installation customer service.After spending 15k on a new electric water heater and Gas Furnace, things are not working correctly and the company is ghosting me after dozens of attempts to communicate with them.Finally I am out of patience and need to call a different company to come fix their mistakes.After installation was complete, these are the problems:- failed city inspection (they came and fixed that)- water heater is leaking - A/C is not working correctly - Furnace is not working properly - Lights flickering where furnace turns on - Water heater is connected to an extension cord Very disappointed

    I was not told the minimum charge until afterwards and paid $230 for ONE hour's work. I asked the office if there was travel time involved and she sais NO. Outragious charge. What do they think they are : Lawyers?

    I would like a refund of $110 because $120 is the rate charged by local plumbers.
