    Ace Plumbing and Heating has been our go to company for hot water tank replacement. We've never been disappointed with either the office people, the on site guys or the equipment. Top marks!

    I have been a VERY satisfied ACE customer for MANY years! *** is always prompt, courteous, professional ,skilled and quick to solve any respond to any problem. Services I have had performed include: supplying and installing a new furnace, new water heater, new shower and toilets while relocating the main drain ( in the concrete basement floor) and **** himself finished tiling the shower surround! As well there have been new facets. new laundry water hoses, and unclogging drains ... so ALL my plumbing needs. Recently, when I inquired if they had a small appliance repairman who could solve a laundry room problem with a recently purchased drier, while they did not include that service, THEY arranged a recommended (and awesome) electrician to help me solve that concern too! Certainly service above and beyond. I recommended ACE to my married daughter when she needed a new furnace and she has been a satisfied customer for several years now too!

    ***** and his teammate arrived on time and did amazing job of replacing an old air conditioner. When they replaced my hot water heater some months ago I was so pleased I joined the gold club. I would recommend Ace to anyone

    We have used ACE Plumbing for a few jobs now. We initially had an emergency old water tank break down a few years ago - started to release a ton of water in our basement and absolutely had to be replaced over a long weekend; after numerous calls to various company's ACE was the only company that had reasonable price so we decided to go with them. Are we ever glad we did, the technician (*******) and support workers who came were excellent. They were very personable and provided a bunch of options for us to make the best decision for us. They clean the area they work in immaculately and took all old materials away. Our next experience was due to having issues with an old furnace, and the tech they sent out was again very personable, extremely knowledgeable and provided a bunch of options (that time we got it fixed to last for the short term to get us through Winter). We asked for a quote to replace our 2 furnaces and add an air conditioner unit in the spring (now); again they provided numerous options and were able to work within our condo coperation's by-laws and were creative in coming up with solutions to our needs.It was easy to schedule a time for the entire work to be completed (**** admin person at main office - is an amazing organizer) - removed 2 furnaces, installed 2 new furnaces, installed new air condition unit, take away all old parts and adjusted everything to be up to new code. In all, there was a team of 6 or 7 throughout the week who were working on the project. Every one of them were respectful to the home, the community and us. They were very friendly, personable and professional.Special thanks to ******* (our emergency water heater tech); *** and ***** (current project) - you guys are very good at what you do and in the end we are kind of sad that you wont be around anymore.We would 100% recommend ACE plumbing to anyone who needs such services.

    I am so impressed with Ace Plumbing. ******* expertly cleared the drains and suggested remediation. The charge was very reasonable. I have used Ace previously and will again! Nice to know you can trust a company. Thanks **********
