I purchased two dogs from top dog store Aug 6,2022 and the **st was ******** plus **** warranty fee plus taxes. I had to take one puppy back because she was puking all the time since I picked her up and I told them also I wouldnt be able to keep her. Because we were in 48 hrs of purchase they gave me ***** less 50%which was ***** total. Even though I told them the big reason was she was sick and she should get checked out. I wasnt supposed to have 2 dogs in my unit which I didnt know but I **uld have fostered get until I **uld have switched units but because she was so ill I decided not to keep her and felt the store should gave fully reimbursed the amount due to illness. They were emailed but refused. The se**nd puppy has been noticeably ill since a few weeks to a month after getting him. Although he passed the vet check ( in my area which I was told **uld be used when I bought the puppy since I live 1.5 hrs out of the city..but then that was retracted by **mpany. My dog Apollo had nasal infection, eye puss, had large round worms ( only deworming once by store) parasites, GI issues, Bactria infections , disc issues, thought to be but not able to be ** firmed by spinal puncture ( meningitis ) due to lack of staff in city to do it. And skin issues. I emailed owner over this and was told nothing **uld be done since he wasnt neutered at 6 months ( due to illness) and that I want using one of their approved vets. No full outlined warranty was given at time of purchase. I spent thousands on vet bills after purchase most of which have not been **vered by insurance due to reoccurring GI issues. Please find attached our email response to ******************** email of May 11, 2023. It clearly states the limitations and obligations of the Warranty, as per the document she received with her puppy purchase on August 6, 2022. **************** has failed to follow any of the requirements for Warranty coverage. We have given **************** opportunity to avail herself of the Warranty coverage, but she refuses to follow the Warranty requirements or the instructions of the Warranty Supervisor.
