    McDonald paralegal services received two cheques that should have never been put in his name in August of 2024 valued over $10,000.00 on our behalf from a court settlement. McDonald paralegal cashed those two cheques in August of 2024 and has claimed the money is in a "trust account" which **********************'s do not have trust accounts. We have had to fact check McDonald paralegal constantly on the work he has claimed he has done which has not been done when we fact check his claims of the work being done. We have paid every invoice McDonald paralegal has sent us on time and without hesitation. McDonald paralegal has taken our money from the settlement and refuses to give it to us because They claim they can't until certain "trust agreement instructions are met" trust agreement instructions they said they have "done" which have not been done when we fact check them. McDonald paralegal is not to be trusted when it comes to doing the job on time and doing the job right. We are now in May of 2025, and we have still not seen our money the money McDonald paralegal has taken from us because they refuse to finish the job right and in a timely fashion, a job they were paid to finish.
