    Terrible ***************** Want me to send my bank statements to prove payment. I sent them their invoices for the delivery I ordered for my 81 YO father who isn't allowed to drive. They also tried to say subscription was up in May 2023. I ordered for a year in February 2023 which it clearly states on the Receipt I sent them. I ordered ************* and Calgary Herald for delivery for 1 year each. They haven't delivered ************* at all and Calgary Herald they are trying to say expires in May? I have been emailing and calling them since late February and same response of they will escalate and want my bank statements but never a solution.

    We had been loyal Herald subscribers for 27 years but continuing problems with delivery have gotten progressively worse. Over the last three months delivery has been sporadic. Last week we were not received a paper one day out of five. Prior calls to their customer service number indicated they would escalate the issue with their distribution department but nothing improved. We have now cancelled our subscription.

    This is the fourth day in a row that I haven't received delivery of the Calgary Herald or the ************* print newspapers. I have complained to customer service and twice been told that my missed papers will be delivered later on that day. It never happened. And who knows if I received the credit for missed papers that their automatic answering machine says I will receive. You can't find a number anywhere on their website to call a circulation or distribution manager. And when you send them an email, you now receive a reply saying it will take up to seven days or longer to get back to you. I agree with the customer reviews on this site that say the Calgary Herald has the worst customer service. It's obvious that they don't really care about their subscribers.

    Terrible. Missing paper delivery. They no longer post sports results. Sunday comics no longer with the Saturday edition. Most news follows what you get on television

    Very bad customer service!!!! When you pay a subscription for home delivery and get hit and miss service!

    The worst customer service. Major carrier issues with papers only being delivered occasionally despite many calls to the business. Long term Customer. Stopped delivery for vacation in April 2022 but came home to find many papers piled on front step. When delivery was supposed to recommence, no papers were delivered. Customer cancelled subscription in May 2022 but Calgary Herald has continued to bill customer monthly - of course no papers have been delivered since May. Unable to get this resolved. When able to actually connect with Calgary Herald CSR promises resolution in ***** hr but it does not happen. Issues still ongoing 6 months later
