      Big hassle with no compensation.-When we were asked to come pick up our truck at 5, we waited 30min (60 total), argued with finance about our down payment because they said we could put down as much as we want, but then wouldn't let us, wouldn't put both spouses names on the truck, and the truck wasn't ready. Had to wait for manager.-Came back later in the week when they told us to but they had lost a key and couldn't find the inspection/service record. Had to wait around for manager. (We paid cash to avoid dealing with finance and they still wouldn't put both names on the truck)-Hassle transferring plates because registration was in both names but truck wasn't. Because it took so long to receive the truck it went right up to the 14 days.-Called 10 days later to pick up the key, had to wait for manager to say they still couldn't find it.-Gave them 3 more days to find the key but they couldn't find it and asked us to come in to get a replacement.-When asked about compensation they said we're lucky they're giving us a key because there was probably only one, even though we saw both keys. Lots of gaslighting from everyone.Super annoying and a waste of hours and hours of our time. Avoid this place if you can.

      Maclin Ford is the worst dealership in the country. Bought a used 2018 **** ******* at the end of May 2023. 3 weeks later that jeep breaks down and leaves me stranded. Brought it in to service, explained what happened , what I saw on the dash and how the two didn't jive. The car said it was over heating, it was not , had only drove one block. The service manager completely gaslighted me and just didnt listen to what I was telling him. They kept the car a day, returned it to me saying the computer doesn't show any problems. Drove the car home parked it in the garage. Next day I go to drive it to work, won't start, completely dead. Then out of nowhere the windshield wipers turn on by themselves. I explained the day before I felt like it was an electrical issue. Had the car towed to Maclin Ford, they said it was just the batteries and they put new ones in. Don't believe them. One month later, the car shuts down in the middle of the road leaving me stranded once again. Call Maclin Ford, talk to the service manager, Laurie and again I'm gaslighted and dismissed. Said he needed to talk to someone and hed call me back, he didn't. He won't return my calls and won't address that this car is unsafe and broken. The sales manager also said he was too busy to address my issues. He is beyond arrogant. I paid 30,000 dollars cash for an unreliable car. Stay far away from that dealership. I wish I had read the reviews here before I went there. If I could give zero stars I would.

      NEGLIGENCE OF WORKMANSHIP!!!Stay away to this Dealership no CREDIBILITY!!!!I purchased ****** sequoia ********************************************************************** its a mistake from the marketing after I sign the paper.Sorry. So I called the attention of his manager then we fixed it. My second concern the report says tire has been replaced but when I got home it has the old tire.! So I went on the following day and they replace my tire.when I got my vehicle I notice that their has a SCRATCH on the film that they charge me for $1500.so I talked to ***************** the service manager of **** Maclin who is responsible for this false information ( tire been replace which not , car is clean and detailed which is not) and he told me that they are not responsible for that. I told him when my car get in to the shop I didnt signed any paper that I have those scratches, but when I placed my complaint the manger was saying that there is a report that my car has scratches. then Im asking him for that Report and he doesnt want to show to me. If I can still return the car definitely I will do it. DONT **** believe on the company reviews 4.4 star they are forcing their customers to put a review to them.I received 3 text messages and 2 emails asking for reviews

      If zero stars was an option, that is what we’d give them. Start to finish, the experience was **********, and unethical. Stay away!!!

      Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware! Maclin Ford tried to sell us a 2022 Ford Escape Plug In Hybrid that had already been pre-sold to another customer. They told us that the iZev $ 5,000 rebate didn't apply to our car which in fact it did. They told us that a $ 599 mud flap / wheel nut was mandatory by Alberta law which it was not. Not to mention that their own parts department sells the mud flaps for $ 73. They told us that the maximum lease term was 48 months with Ford and the effective interest rate was 6.9%. In reality the maximum was 60 months and the effective interest rate was 5.9%. They promised to factory order us a new 2023 at $ 1,500 below MSRP without the mandatory mud flaps. When I called in to get the quote and order the car, they cut us loose and wouldn't honour their promises.
