    I brought my truck in for a 730am appointment and thought I was going to have my issue addressed and be sitting in waiting room hence why the appointment yet was told they would send me home in an **** as it would take a while so I left. I booked the appointment for a gas recharge but was told through the day it did not need recharge so I asked the guestion then why the message on my dash board of service air suspension then and lady texting me **** is what staff referred her as stated she would check with the mechanic. She then came back to me suggesting to replace additional pieces within the suspension and that's when I texted her to state I would have to first check with husband and so I did and was advised to bring truck home that's when I was presented a bill for diagnostic for just over 136 dollars. That was not communicated to me would be the case. It appears they had no issues telling me any other suggestions for repair but as soon as I said no to extra repairs as that's not why I came in today I was presented with a bill that I did not consent to. It seems because I was not going to follow out on a repair that I did not agree to or consent to that's when it got sketchy business practice literally somewhat fraudulent I would say so I then handed the circumstances to my husband and additionly told I would be faced with lot fee charges if not picked up today.

    When booking an appointment you are booking a drop off time to speak with a service advisor to create the repair order, that is not when your vehicle will be going in the shop.  We promise it will be done by the end of the day which it was. 
    You brought your truck in to have the air suspension refilled with nitrogen.  You agreed to a charge of $129.95 + GST.  Our technician looked at your truck and the nitrogen in your air suspension was not low and something else was going on with the system and asked if you would like the suspension diagnosed.  You said yes you would.  We completed a diagnosis for the originally agreed upon price of $129.95 + GST even though the suspension diagnosis would have normally been an extra $199.95.  While we had the vehicle up on the hoist we completed a complimentary visual inspection and also gave you a quote for the additional repairs your truck needed.  You elected to have anything repaired and that was ok.
    At no point did we charge you anything extra over the $129.95 you signed for when you dropped the truck off in the morning.  We actually gave you a discounted diagnostic on your air suspension and provided you with a visual inspection and estimate for needed repairs at no extra charge.  I fail to see how our actions would be fraudulent in any sense of the word.
