Only **** characters are allowed so I will try to be verh brief.On ** ** **** we went to Hyundai ****** to buy a care. They did not had it at the time so we agreed on price signed a deal and gave them deposit. And I was advised that the they are receiving inventory in Mid July and In August.I never received any confirmation ao I gave them a visit and the sales person pulled our file with all the paper work that we had signed. I was adviswd that they have the car and they just received some new car and the sales person pulled the car and parked right infront of the door. We were ready to get the financing done when the manager named ***************** came out abd advised that if we want to buy this car we have to buy **** dollars of add ons on top. This is a car with an MSRP from hyundai ****** listed as ***** and i was okay pay the tax and dealership fee on top of the ***** BUT TO MY SURPRISE i was told either we buy add ons ( not required by law) or they are going to decline the sale. As far as I know if I am buying a car I have the right to decide what add ons go on my car but I was being forced to pay extra for add ons that I didn't want.We had already agreed on pricing and were just waiting for car to arive but when it arrived they are asking us to pay alnkst **** dollars more than the retail price advertised ***** was very rude and said either you buy extra add ons or you wait 4 more months. I advise we already paid deposit and was only waiting because there was nothing available and now that it is available i am forced to buy **** dollars of add ons.
