  If I could go below 1 star I would. I called for an estimate and explained that I was moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment and they sent me an estimate for approximately $2000. I get invoice and its double what the estimate was I had to borrow money to get them to unload my stuff as I was prepared for it to be a little higher but not double. I dont believe that the weight was double what they expected. They turned my move into a complete nightmare.

  ** to ************.Our move was supposed to be picked up on **** and dropped off 4 days later at our new place. I confirmed this would work 2x before pickup and 1x when they delayed pickup.On **** we got the call the movers would arrive 1-5, they asked if they couldn't be there before 5 could we reschedule for the 25. I planned it 6w in advance + we had other things to do before the move so I said no, I booked for that day and needed it for that day.4:30 on **** I get a call, the mover "hurt his hand". The movers came next day, estimated the weight to be about half what the scale said.They moved our stuff then told us we had to pay a deposit to them, AFTER all our stuff was loaded. This was never mentioned before.These men packed packed fragile with heavy.On move in day we called as we had not heard a confirmation that our things would be arriving on the 28.Well, they were nearly impossible to get ahold of. We had called for our invoice 2x on the trip over to ensure delivery.They did not call back. Eventually they gave me dispatches #, who told me they wouldn't have a truck for another WEEK.So our pickup was delayed a day and that pushed drop-off a week later, which was later pushed another couple days. Anytime we called to follow-up it was another day or two later.When they FINALLY showed up they did not put furniture into the rooms we requested.We had things all over the place, and the heavy things were not in the correct room.During the unpacking we were missing the table, they had broken the coffee maker, the food dehydrator, ruined several collectibles, and bent a desk.All of this doesn't weigh enough to get covered, they ignored my emails in regards to it.When they finally found our table there are scratches, the paint is warped and THEY DIDN'T EVEN DELIVER TO OUR HOME. They claim because they got us 99% of things that we had to drive 1h to get the table. So they dropped it with my parents 5h away.

  Do NOT hire this company! We moved from ******** to *** Our items were picked up on august.25th,2023. We were told a week max. After a week goes by we called everyday and didn't hear anything until sept.8th. At which time we were told the truck broke down and they didn't prioritize our shipment because we didn't pay even though we were told to pay when the driver arrives before they unload ( and we sent our draft aug.30. Double the amount they quoted us by the way we moved only with boxes and totes 1 bedroom set no couches nothing and our stuff was almost 7,000 pounds which is literally impossible) The driver didn't show up till the 12th and asked for help with unloading , both my husband and i have injuries ( hence hiring movers) driver got chuffed at us and started throwing loose items into our c can. When he was about to leave i asked him if he needed help unloading a large table saw he said he did it himself and made me sign all our stuff was there even though i knew it wasn't , he threatened not to leave. The next day as i suspected 6 items were missing( including the table saw he unloaded on his own) , i couldn't get a hold of dispatch so had to call the main office ( joy was great) but when i got in touch with someone in claims they said they couldn't help me and they aren’t responsible for missing items. 2 days later they said they found them and they would be here on the 16th but didn't show up till yesterday both totes that arrived are completely damaged and had to throw out the contents and my baby cradle is broken that my great grandfather made me. When i told claims about this they said they aren't liable. Long story short these people do not care about your things, your time or your money. ! If you have any respect for yourself do not risk your items or your wallet with these people!

  I Hired this company to move items in my house from ******** *********** ******* to ********** *******. On May 15,2023 at 12;30 pm three guys who could not speak or understand English ( a real problem for both parties)pulled in my driveway in a truck with no name on it, Ontario Inc Number only. They Loaded everything in a very unprofessional way. boxes with fragile on them were tossed around and then heavy boxes on top of them. Tried to take my sofa and chair out my kitchen door which is impossible. Ticketed items were on a sheet that I never did get a copy of until the day the movers arrived in *******. The truck was packed at 5;45, should have been done by 3;30...my brother used to be a mover and he was there, that's how i know. Just a very small 2 bedroom house. May 28th2023 The truck arrived at my address in *******, the driver come to the door and wanted payment before they would unlock the truck!! Talk about holding your house hostage!! Three men were bring items in, one of them dropped my end table off the truck and broke it, it was my grandmothers! Broke my desk, crystal dishes and the big thing is my husband's tool box that weighs at least 250 lbs. and tried to tell me it was never put on the truck when myself and 3 other witnesses watched it go on as it was the last thing to go!. How in the hell can something that weighs that much just go missing??? After they kept telling me they were looking for the "lost " tool box and my box with my shoes, boots & purses., they finally send an insurance form..60 cents per pound!~ this company has no respect or regard for people's property and I think they are very suspect with not having a name on the truck to begin with. I do plan on taking this to court along with my pictures and statements from my brother and friends.
