"I recommend you never purchase any appliances from this business, you will be promised the world but in the end you will be disappointed, emails and calls from the sales person never returned, and the delivery process a complete disaster, extra charges at delivery that were promised on point of sale and very rude , the only reason I purchased from trail is the fridge I needed to match existing appliances other wise Canadian appliances is your point of sale never will I purchase anything again REMOVEDlearned"
