      I purchased a rug at the new liquidation center (Bianca Amor). This rug is a complete hazard in terms of the material. It is supposed to be a faux fur material but its a very slippery synthetic material that is very hard to stand on or walk on. It is highly flammable and has a distinct smell of gasoline.I called the store and asked for a refund and was denied. I was forwarded to an email and was ignored. I see no other avenue to bring awareness and get my refund than filing a report.

      Greetings!

      It has brought to our attention that you were unsatisfied with you recent rug purchase with us.

      We would like to remind you of our Rug Return Policy which was attached on this response. We have an advertised policy that we do not do Refund but we are giving an Exchange or IN-Store Credit  for resalable and unused items.

      You can return the rug to the store for actual checking and we are very much willing to give you an Exchange or In Store Credit. Our Credit has not expiration and you can use it anytime you are convenient.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This is not a resolution it is a repeat of your poor customer service. You DO NOT have the right to sell faulty and hazardous products in ******. You also should not be allowed to dictate your choice of refund or not based on a personal choice. 
      refunding a hazardous product should be a non negotiable. I will be reporting your company to ******************* as a buyer beware. As well your  rug has nothing except a store made price on the back. 
      There is no manufacturer so therefore no accountability.
