    Last April I cancelled a car plate since I sold that car. Brought the actual car plate to this registry to get it done, I paid and returned the plate. Today I was pulled over by the police, reason the car plate of my other car is not registering in the police system, when they did a routine check. I showed them the car registration and insurance form, they were baffled as well. They thought it must be a computer glitch. They recommend I sort this out in the registry as the paper works are in order and let me go.I went straight to the registry that cancelled my other car plate, only to find out that they made a mistake and cancelled the wrong car plate!!!There was no apology given, the manager (****** guy) was arrogant to even contemplate that I made the mistake. I argue that how can i make the mistake when I gave your staff the actual car plate to be cancelled and the receipt correspond to the same car plate number.No apology offered for their mistake as when they check their computer system, it clearly shows their fault, but never acknowledge it. No accountability whatso ever for their mistake.They should close this business as this was a serious mishap, the police mentioned that cases like this can be considered as the car stolen, good thing that police was tolerant.

    Unfortunately it was a clerk error and we apologize for the mistake,  once this was brought to our attention we corrected the error free of charge.  Again we apologize for the error and we will make sure this does not happen again.
