    I am requesting a refund for my pre-paid laser hair removal services from Enlighten Laser totalling ******** ******** the laser hair removal technician at Enlighten Laser, has been incredibly unprofessional over the past few months frequently cancelling my appointments less than 24 hours in advance and practicing unsafe laser ********* ** ***** ** ** ****. Since obtaining these services in ****, my appointments have been cancelled with less than 1 day's notice over 5 times and * **** **** ****** ***** ********* ** *****. On *** ***, ******* sent me a text cancelling yet another appointment for which I had taken the day off just a few hours prior. I kindly requested that my remaining balance of **** be returned to me to which she declined but then offered to do her best to get me my refund. She also told me it was not possible because I had signed a 'waiver' that would not allow me to get a refund, this document has not been presented to me despite my asking. After 2 weeks on *** ****, I reached out to ******* again to get an update as to when I would receive my refund, she informed me that she passed along my request to head office and told me they would be contacting me. As of *** ****, no one has contacted me and I am doubtful that my complaint is being taken seriously. ******* has refused to provide me with information about her seniors/managers/head office and has prolonged this matter for almost an entire month now. I have been incredibly patient over the past 3 years despite *******'s unprofessionalism. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to continue and would like the remaining amount of ******* returned to me in a timely manner.
